Wanneer u niet geheel tevreden bent over een behandeling, is het raadzaam hier niet mee rond te blijven lopen. Veel klachten zijn gebaseerd op miscommunicatie of op een verschillend verwachtingspatroon. Wij stellen het in zo’n situatie op prijs, dat u contact opneemt met degene die u heeft behandeld, zodat hij of zij in de gelegenheid is om uw onvrede weg te nemen. De ervaring heeft geleerd dat een groot deel van de klachten op deze manier verholpen kan worden.

Als u er samen met uw zorgverlener niet uitkomt, dan hebt u de mogelijkheid om uw klacht voor te leggen aan de klachtenfunctionaris. Een klachtenfunctionaris is een onafhankelijke professionele en voor u kosteloze bemiddelaar, die samen met u en uw zorgverlener kan werken aan een oplossing. Na indiening van de klacht, wordt ernaar gestreefd om binnen 6 weken tot een oplossing te komen. Om in contact te komen met de klachtenfunctionaris kunt u een e-mail sturen naar DOkh . If you cannot work it out together with the complaints officer and your healthcare provider, you can contact the Disputes Committee. This Disputes Committee is an independent organization that rules on the merits of a complaint. In certain cases, the Disputes Committee can award compensation. Of course, we hope that you are satisfied with the care we provide. That's why we'd love to talk to you about your experiences. This is how you help us achieve our goal again. If you contact the complaints officer to resolve your complaint, you also still have the right to file a dispute. After filing a dispute, the Disputes Committee has 6 months to reach a decision. The Disputes Committee will also request access to your medical file.
